Day After Thanksgiving Turkey Strudel |

-rinsed
2 1/2 c Leftover turkey; very finely
-chopped
1/4 c Dark raisins (optional);
-chopped
2/3 c Mayon |

8 Sheets phyllo dough
1/2 c Butter; melted
Steam spinach for 2 to 3 minutes; drain very well (make sure to squeeze out
as much water as possible) and cool. Mix together remaining filling
ingredients; stir in spinach.
