This week's Meal Plan is a way to get the best of Grilling along with the best of Japanese Stir-Fry. It's a favorite around this time of year - since the weather is just turning colder, and one of the LeftOver Meals is a hearty Potato Soup! This is a 3-day meal plan, so you'll still likely need something for the second half of the week. Serves: 3-4. |
