This week's Meal Plan is a way to get the best of Grilling along with the best of Japanese Stir-Fry. It's a favorite around this time of year - since the weather is just turning colder, and one of the LeftOver Meals is a hearty Potato Soup! This is a 3-day meal plan, so you'll still likely need something for the second half of the week. Serves: 3-4. (Jump to the Shopping List)

Sunday

For dinner on Sunday, stick to the tried and true Grilling Standard: A decent steak. Prepare it in whatever way you'd like - although for the best results, I stay away from anything too spicy or BBQ Sauced. It doesn't always go well with the next day meals.

The best side (other than veggies or salad) to serve with this would be Mashed Potatos - real, not instant. Again, make them as you normally would - and save at least 3-4 cups if you can (otherwise you may need to make some more later). Just like with our last meal plan - it's something I'm partial to.
