Ingredients
4 to 6 slices of left over roast beef
(its okay if it was lightly seasoned, not overly flavored though) 2 tsp of hot madres curry powder 2 tsp of cumin 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon 1/4 cup of dried minced onions 1 & 1/2 tsp of paprika 2 tsp of garlic powder 2 tsp of ground red pepper 1 tsp of ground ginger 1/4 cup of beef stock 1/4 cup of cooking oil
Directions
After a huge party, my house had alot of left over roast beef. I have this addiction to indian food as well, so i made a variation of a mild curry flavoring. Combine all the spices, oil, stock and onions and whisk together. Add mixture to pan and heat over medium heat. Slice roast beef into 1 inch thick and add to pan. cover slices in the sauce and move the meat around frequently for 8 minutes or until hot. Remove meat once hot. You can use the sauce as is or you can thicken it to use as a gravy. Goes great with potatos or rice.
It's got a little kick, but not too much to make it family friendly, for extra spice add more cumin, or paprika. Hope you all enjoy! =)
